INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Shipping Fees & Customs

Delivery fees vary by country and are calculated automatically at checkout.

Orders outside the USA may incur customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.


Logistics & Tracking

We ship via DHL, UPS, or local postal services depending on your location.

A tracking number will be emailed once your package is on its way.

Orders are processed from our HarborBridge Commerce Inc Warehouse, Dover, USA, Monday to Friday.


Delivery Times

USA: 2–4 business days after shipment.
Europe: 3–5 business days after shipment.
International: 5–7 business days after shipment.

Free worldwide delivery for Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America (standard shipping).

Special regions: Russia, Australia, New Zealand, Lebanon, and Greenland — standard delivery only (7–15 business days).

Note: Delivery may take longer during sales or promotional periods.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligibility

Free returns within the USA for orders up to $150.

International returns are at the customer’s expense.

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receipt.

“SECOND LIFE” products are not eligible.

Ensure products are in their original packaging and unused. Returns showing wear may be refused.

Package items securely to prevent damage during shipping. We are not responsible for damage during return transit.

Exchanged items will be sent to your original shipping address by default. You may request a different address.


Refunds

Sales items will be refunded at the purchase price.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 30 days after we receive your return.
